Responsibilities
- Assess and document patient health conditions
- Administer medications, treatments, and intravenous therapies as prescribed
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to develop and implement care plans
- Monitor medical equipment for proper functioning
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans and recovery
- Respond effectively to patient needs and emergency situations
- Maintain accurate patient records following healthcare regulations and standards
Qualifications and Skills
- Active RN license
- Experience in hospital, clinical, or specialty nursing preferred
- Strong clinical judgment and patient care skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Adaptability to new healthcare environments and patient populations
