Host Healthcare is seeking a travel nurse RN Rehabilitation for a 13-week assignment starting July 21, 2026, in Madison, Wisconsin.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care to patients in a rehabilitation setting.
• Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Document patient progress and communicate with other healthcare providers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN).
• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in Wisconsin.
• Experience in rehabilitation nursing preferred.
• Passing scores on the NCLEX-RN exam.

Pay
