Travel Registered Nurse Radiology Job
Key Highlights
- Weekly pay: $2,729–$2,816 per week
- Contract duration: 13 weeks
- Shift: 10-hour days (4x10s)

- Work schedule includes weekends, holidays, and on-call as needed by the unit
- Setting involves interventional radiology within a busy imaging-focused care team
Responsibilities
- Prepare patients for interventional radiology procedures (biopsies, embolizations, ablations, angiography, drain placements, and other image-guided interventions)
- Provide intra-procedure monitoring and support during IR procedures
- Manage post-procedure recovery, including PACU and 23-hour extended stay areas
- Maintain telemetry and respond to changes in patient status; document findings accurately
- Collaborate with radiologists, technologists, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver patient-centered care
- Adhere to infection prevention measures and unit-specific dress code requirements
Requirements
- Active New York State RN license
- BLS (American Heart Association) certification
- ACLS (American Heart Association) certification
- Telemetry experience
- 1 year of recent interventional radiology experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
