About the role
HealthTrust Workforce Solutions HCA is seeking a travel nurse RN PCU - Progressive Care Unit for a 13-week assignment in Wichita, Kansas.
Responsibilities
- Provide care for patients in a progressive care unit setting.
- Utilize equipment such as EKG, bipap/cpap, heated high flow, and cardiac respiratory monitor.
- Work in an EMR system (Meditech).
- Must have current acute care hospital PCU experience, including ALS, BLS, and NIH.
- Interpret dysrhythmia.
Requirements
- Minimum 1-year current acute care hospital PCU experience.
Qualifications
Candidates must have the following skills:
- Current certification in ACLS, BLS, and NIH.
- Dysrhythmia interpretation skills.
Skills
- Proficiency with EKG, bipap/cpap, heated high flow, and cardiac respiratory monitor.
- Experience with EMR systems (Meditech).
- Ability to interpret dysrhythmia.
