Key Responsibilities
- Providing comprehensive perioperative patient care in the operating room
- Supervising and coordinating nursing staff activities
- Collaborating with healthcare team members to ensure safe, effective care
- Developing, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans
- Participating in discharge planning and patient education
- Delegating tasks appropriately and maintaining documentation
Qualifications and Skills Required
- Minimum 2 years of OR nursing experience
- Active RN license in the state of practice
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications
- Proven ability to analyze patient data and coordinate care
- Strong critical thinking, communication, and supervisory skills
Additional Details
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred
- Work history with no more than 30 days of gaps
