Responsibilities

• Provide patient care in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols.
• Assess patients’ physical, emotional, and psychological needs.
• Document patient care activities accurately and timely.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Perform routine diagnostic tests and treatments as directed.
• Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment for patients and staff.

Requirements

• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of practice.
• At least two years of recent, relevant work experience in Med Surg / Telemetry.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.

Skills

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures.

Pay

The pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.

Schedule

36 hours per week, 12 hour shifts.
