Travel Registered Nurse - Medical Surgical - $1,634 per week

About the role

Jackson Nurse Professionals is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg for a 8-week assignment starting August 3, 2026, at a facility in Flowood, Mississippi.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, high-quality patient care in a Med Surg setting.
• Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient care plans.
• Assist with patient education and discharge planning.

Requirements

• 2 years of recent experience in Med Surg.
• Current BLS certification (certifications vary by location).
• Valid license and/or certification in state of practice.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Background check and drug screen required.

Pay

The pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.

Shifts are 12 hours, nights.
