Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care to Med/Surg and Telemetry patients
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
- Monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and document care accurately
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and procedures
Qualifications & Skills
- Valid RN license
- Experience in Med/Surg and Telemetry units preferred
- Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
