Travel Registered Nurse, Med/Surg Telemetry - $2,771 per week

About the role

A large system in Nebraska/Iowa is looking for a day Med/Surg RN. BLS, ACLS. 12 Hour shifts/ 36 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols.
• Assess patients’ physical, psychological, and social needs.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Document patient progress and responses to treatment.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care delivery.

Requirements

• BLS (Basic Life Support)
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support)
• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
• Experience in Med Surg / Telemetry preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Experience in Med Surg / Telemetry preferred.
