Travel Registered Nurse - Long-Term Care

About the role

Delivers skilled nursing care to residents in long-term care facilities, develops and updates care plans, administers treatments, and supervises LPNs and CNAs.

Responsibilities

• Assessing patient health
• Managing medications
• Providing treatments (wound care, IV therapy)
• Monitoring for changes
• Educating residents and families
• Documenting care
• Responding to emergencies
• Ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards

Qualifications & Skills

• One year of recent LTC RN experience
• Valid RN license
• CURRENT BLS/CPR certification
• PREFERRED ACLS certification
• Critical thinking
• Excellent communication
• Physical ability to perform clinical tasks
• Interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively
