Role & Responsibilities
- Provide specialized care to labor and delivery patients
- Maintain accurate documentation and patient records
- Monitor fetal and maternal health, manage labor processes
- Administer medications and interventions as needed
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum of 2 years recent experience as an L&D RN
- Active RN license
- Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NRP, and likely AWHONN
- Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
