Role & Responsibilities
- Provide specialized critical care to ICU patients
- Maintain accurate documentation and compliance
- Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Respond to emergencies and monitor patient conditions
- Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout shifts
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum of 2 years ICU RN experience
- Active RN license
- BLS and ACLS certifications
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
