About the role
Provide care for patients with life-threatening conditions in critical care units, including post-surgery, trauma, or organ failure cases.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in critical care units.
- Assess and document patient conditions.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
- Monitor patient vital signs and report changes.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year ICU experience required.
- Hold or be willing to obtain Wisconsin State Healthcare Provider license.
- Certifications such as BLS and ACLS may be required.
Qualifications
- Registered Nurse (RN) license.
