Responsibilities

- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Maintain compliance with clinical standards and protocols
- Monitor patient vital signs and respond to changes
- Document patient care accurately and thoroughly
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals
- Ensure compliance with safety and clinical standards
Qualifications & Skills
- Valid RN license
- Experience in ER/Trauma settings preferred
- Strong clinical assessment skills
- Able to work independently and in a team
- Excellent communication and critical thinking skills
Additional Information
The role involves night shifts of 12 hours, working three days per week, with a focus on providing compassionate, high-quality emergency care in a fast-paced environment. The position includes support from clinical liaisons and compliance specialists to ensure optimal performance.
