Travel Registered Nurse - Emergency Room / Trauma

Responsibilities

• Assess, triage, and prioritize patients based on severity
• Administer emergency treatments, medications, and assist physicians during procedures
• Monitor patient safety, comfort, and vital signs, responding to urgent needs
• Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes in electronic medical records
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Educate patients and families about treatments and procedures
• Adhere to safety protocols, infection control, and regulatory standards

Qualifications & Skills

• One year of recent ER RN experience
• Valid RN license per state regulations
• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS (or ENPC) certifications
• Critical thinking, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in clinical judgment, documentation, and PC skills
• Physical ability to move equipment and assist patients
• Ability to work under pressure, maintain professionalism, and handle irregular activity
