Responsibilities
- Serve as RN Clinical Educator, applying adult education principles and leadership to support clinical staff and patient families
- Lead and participate in staff development, competency assessments, and continuing education activities
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration with physicians, other departments, and both clinical and non-clinical teams to coordinate care
- Promote patient advocacy; educate patients and families to enhance safety, understanding, and well-being
- Model professional practice; align with hospital policies, state regulations, and accrediting standards; support managers/directors in skill development
Requirements
- Active RN license in California
- BLS certification
- Minimum 1 year of RN clinical experience; clinical education or educator role preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in a dynamic travel assignment and adapt to new settings
- Education: ADN or BSN

Pay
