Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital is a 295-bed acute care facility located in Somerset, Kentucky, serving an 11-county service area in south central Kentucky. The hospital provides comprehensive healthcare services including cardiac care and advanced neurosurgery with Spine Center accreditation.

Responsibilities

• Provide care for patients in the Coronary Care Unit (CCU)
• Perform diagnostic and therapeutic procedures as directed by a physician
• Monitor patient vital signs and administer medications as necessary
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure patient care coordination
• Document patient care activities accurately and timely

Requirements

• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in Kentucky
• Current BLS certification from American Heart Association
• Experience in CCU preferred but not required
• Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing
• At least one year of recent clinical experience in a CCU setting

Benefits

The position offers a competitive pay package with a tax-free stipend, based on 12-hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation).

Pay

The pay rate is $49.80 per hour, subject to confirmation.

Schedule

The shift is 12 hours long and occurs weekly, Monday through Friday.
