Travel Registered Nurse - Case Manager

Role & Responsibilities

• Provide case management in a hospital setting, utilizing clinical expertise to coordinate patient care, ensure compliance, and support patient outcomes.
• Manage caseloads, collaborate with healthcare teams, and facilitate communication between patients and providers.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and documentation standards.

Qualifications & Skills

• Active BLS certification from the American Heart Association
• Valid professional license within the state of practice
• Minimum of 2 years of RN experience, with case management hospital experience preferred
• Specialty-related certifications are advantageous

Key Duties

• Conduct patient assessments, develop and implement care plans, monitor progress, and optimize resource utilization.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure regulatory compliance.
