Travel Registered Nurse, Cardiac Unit - $2,488 per week

Voca Healthcare is seeking a travel nurse RN Cardiac Stepdown for a 13-week assignment starting August 10, 2026, in Peoria, Illinois.

Responsibilities

• Provide care to patients requiring cardiac step-down monitoring.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure patient safety and quality of care.
• Document patient care activities accurately and in compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Maintain a calm and professional demeanor during stressful situations.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of recent experience as a Telemetry RN.
• Valid certification and/or licensure in the state of practice, if applicable.
• Valid Driver’s License and the ability to travel between assignment locations.
• Pass a background check and drug screen to meet healthcare industry standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of recent experience as a Telemetry RN is preferred, but we are open to exceptional candidates with a strong passion.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and composure, especially during stressful and fast-paced moments in the healthcare setting.
• Valid Driver’s License and the ability to travel between assignment locations.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen to meet healthcare industry standards.
