Travel Registered Nurse

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient care and treatment plans under supervision of Charge Nurses
• Administer medications, perform EKGs, and assist with procedures
• Maintain accurate documentation in SOAP format and review medical records
• Respond to emergencies and ensure safety and infection control protocols
• Travel full-time to different healthcare facilities as staffing needs require

Requirements

• Hold an active California nursing license in good standing
• Have at least three years of nursing experience; correctional experience is preferred but not required
• Be willing and able to travel 100% of the time

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing
• One (1) or more years clinic experience preferred
