Responsibilities Conduct thorough nutrition assessments for patients. Develop and implement personalized nutrition care plans. Educate patients and their families on nutritional best practices. Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient care. Monitor and evaluate patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary. Stay updated with the latest nutrition research and trends. Qualifications Registered Dietitian credential through the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR). Current flu vaccine. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work flexibly with a schedule determined in collaboration with management. Must have reliable transportation.
