About the role
American Traveler is hiring a Special Procedures/IR Technologist for a rapid-response travel assignment in Sanford, Florida. The role requires an active state license and relevant certifications.
Work in the Special Procedures Radiology department of a hospital setting with a day shift schedule from 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
Responsibilities
- Perform duties as a Special Procedures/Interventional Radiology Technologist in a hospital-based Cath Lab environment.
Requirements
- Minimum of 6 months of experience within the last 6 months in the Special Procedures/IR specialty.
- Active state license required if applicable.
- Certifications must be current with none expiring within the first 30 days of assignment start.
- No employment gaps of 90 days or more within the past 12 months.
- Candidates must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility; local candidates will not be considered.
Schedule
- Shift: Days, 4x9.5 hours per week (10-hour shifts).
- Hours: 38 hours per week.
- Start Date: August 24, 2026.
- Length: 6 weeks.
