About the role
Perform diagnostic and interventional procedures in a hospital cath lab setting as a Radiology Technologist.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and operate cath lab equipment
- Ensure patient safety and comfort during procedures
- Document procedures accurately
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver quality care
- Perform cardiovascular diagnostic and interventional procedures
- Maintain equipment and ensure compliance with safety standards
Requirements
- 2+ years of cath lab experience
- South Carolina Radiologic Technologist license (SCRQSA)
- Certifications: BLS, ACLS, ARRT or RCIS
- Experience in coronary diagnostics and interventions
- Proficiency in scrub and monitor skills
- Provide a radiation badge
- First-time cath lab technologists may be considered
