Travel Radiology Technologist - $540 per week

Healthcare Support is seeking a travel Radiology Technologist for a 1 week assignment in Portsmouth, Virginia.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic imaging procedures using various modalities such as X-ray, CT, MRI, and Ultrasound.
• Ensure patient comfort and safety during examinations.
• Accurately document patient information and images in the electronic health record system.
• Adhere to radiation safety protocols and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Communicate effectively with patients, physicians, and other healthcare professionals.

Requirements

• Current state licensure as a Radiologic Technologist.
• Experience in a clinical setting preferred.
• Knowledge of relevant imaging equipment and techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of an accredited radiography program.
• Pass a background check.

Pay

The pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
