Schedule
- Shift: 8 hours, days
- Employment Type: Travel
- 5x8 Day schedule: Mon, Tues, Thurs, & Fri 0700-1530 & Wed 0900-1730 (40 hrs guaranteed)
- No on-call or weekends
- Every other holiday required
Responsibilities
- Scrubbing for IR, vascular, and pain procedures is mandatory
- Operate Philips Azurion C-arm and portable C-arm
- Handle cases in IR/Cath Lab (CT, X-ray, bedside); floating to these areas is rare and only with the team for a case
- Procedural types include:
- Interventional: Tunneled catheter placements (e.g., mediports, permacaths, Hickman lines), embolizations, drain placements, suprapubic catheter placements, PEG tube placements, Pleurx catheter placements
- Pain Management: Epidural blocks, radiofrequency ablations
- Vascular: Angiograms, thrombectomies, fistulograms, IVC filter placements
Requirements
- IR experience required
- ARRT-R, ACLS, BLS, and fluoro permit required
- MD license required (compact license or MD license accepted; pending MD license may be considered with later start date)
- 2 years of experience required
- Travel experience required
- Must successfully pass the Relias EKG Rhythm Interpretation Exam with a minimum overall score of 80% and a score of 100% on lethal rhythms
- Flu vaccine required (no exemptions)
- COVID-19 vaccine not required
- Local candidates within 60 miles accepted at a lower rate (address must match driver’s license)
