Schedule

• Shift: 10‑hour evenings

• Duration: 13 weeks

Certifications

• ARRT (R) – required
• Wisconsin State Licensed Radiographer
• BLS – AHA or American Red Cross

Education Requirements

• Completion of a certification program from an accredited school of radiologic technology, or
• Associate degree in Radiology or a related field, or
• Bachelor’s degree in Radiology or a related field

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 2 years in radiology specialty area
• Ability to work independently

Required Skills

• Operation of Siemens Multix plain film equipment
• Portable X‑ray units: GE and Carestream
• C‑arm: GE OEC
• Mini C‑arm: Orthoscan
• Fluoroscopy: Siemens Agile

Preferred Skills

• Epic charting (highly preferred)
• Radiant and Phillips PACS

Knowledge and Skills

• Diagnostic radiology principles and procedures
• Operation and maintenance of radiologic equipment
• Interpersonal skills for interaction with patients, physicians, and staff
• Analytical skills for independent decision‑making with complex equipment and patient care
• Physical ability to lift, position, stand, and walk while assisting patients
