Compensation

Pay package is based on 10‑hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax‑free stipend amount to be determined. Coast guarantees stipend payments for facility‑initiated call‑offs and on‑call shifts, providing added peace of mind throughout the assignment.
