About the role
Prime Time Healthcare is seeking a travel Radiology Technologist for a 13-week assignment in Norfolk, Virginia.
Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic imaging procedures under the supervision of a physician.
- Ensure patient comfort and safety during examinations.
- Accurately document patient information and images in the medical record.
- Adhere to radiation safety protocols.
- Communicate effectively with patients and other healthcare team members.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of pediatric radiology experience.
- Current state licensure as a Radiologic Technologist.
- Knowledge of radiation safety and protection techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Technology preferred.
- ACR certification preferred.
Skills
- Proficiency with radiographic equipment.
