About the Role
This is a travel position with the following details:
- Duration: 13 weeks
- Schedule: 40 hours per week, 8-hour day shifts
- Employment Type: Travel
- Location: Facility in Poplar Bluff, Missouri

Responsibilities
- Educate patients about imaging procedures and answer questions
- Prepare and operate advanced radiologic equipment to capture high-quality diagnostic images per physician orders
- Maintain equipment and sterilize procedure rooms
- Evaluate images for quality, present images and preliminary findings to physicians and healthcare teams
- Maintain and inspect imaging equipment, troubleshoot issues, and report malfunctions
- Document all imaging procedures and technical details accurately in patient records
- Follow hospital safety rules and procedures, including infection control and radiation safety protocols
- Perform other duties as assigned within the scope of Radiologic Technologist practice
Requirements
- One year of experience as a Radiologic Technologist
- Current Radiologic Technologist/Radiography license in compliance with state regulations
- Current BLS Certification (AHA/ARC)
- Current ARRT Certification (preferred)
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
- Proficiency in reading/comprehending written instructions, following verbal instructions, and PC skills

- Interpersonal Skills: Must work effectively with various personnel, present a positive attitude, and maintain professionalism
- Technical/Motor Skills: Ability to grasp, perform fine manipulation, and assist with procedures using department equipment
- Mental Requirements: Must cope with frequent public contact, meet deadlines under pressure, work under close supervision occasionally, and handle irregular activity schedules
