Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic imaging procedures in accordance with department protocols
• Position patients correctly and operate imaging equipment safely and effectively
• Ensure images meet quality standards and are properly labeled and documented
• Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations
• Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to provide optimal patient care

Requirements

• Current Radiology Technologist license in the state of practice
• Certification by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) preferred
• Minimum of one year of recent experience in a hospital or clinical setting
• BLS/CPR certification
