About the role
Triage Staffing is seeking a travel Radiology Technologist for a position in Portland, Oregon.
Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic imaging procedures using various modalities including X-ray, CT, MRI, etc.
- Ensure patient safety and comfort during examinations.
- Accurately document patient information and images in the electronic health record (EHR).
- Adhere to radiation dose guidelines and other safety protocols.
- Communicate effectively with patients, referring physicians, and other healthcare providers.
Requirements
- Current state licensure as a Radiologic Technologist.
- Experience in performing X-ray procedures.
- Knowledge of radiation safety and quality assurance principles.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Technology or related field.
- ACR (American College of Radiology) certification preferred.
