Responsibilities
- Perform basic radiographic procedures
- Perform fluoroscopy
- Perform portable radiographic procedures
- Perform C-arm procedures
- Provide OR imaging services
- Perform routine procedures
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited AMA school
- Registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technology (ARRT)
- Maintains a state license as a general radiographer
Requirements
- Proficient in adult 2D echo with use of contrast agent bubble study
- Proficient in post cardiac cath echo assessment
- Proficient in post surgical echo assessment of pericardial effusion
- Proficient in pericardiocentesis imaging
- Proficient in calculating LV and RV strain diastology with TDI PISA calculations
- Proficient in biplane measurements for EF
- Proficient in treadmill stress echo, set-up, resting and stress imaging
- Proficient in dobutamine stress echo, set-up, resting and stress imaging
- Proficient in transesophageal Echo (TEE), set up, image acquisition, physician assistance
