Travel Radiology Technician - $3,120 per week

About the role

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing radiological procedures under the supervision of a licensed radiologic technologist.

Responsibilities

• Perform radiographic procedures using fluoroscopy, digital imaging, and other diagnostic equipment.
• Prepare patients for radiographic procedures, including positioning and immobilization.
• Operate and maintain diagnostic imaging equipment.
• Document patient information accurately and efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with radiation safety protocols.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current certification as a Radiologic Technologist from an approved program.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Experience in a hospital or clinic setting preferred.
• Previous experience with radiology equipment.

Pay

The pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
