Travel Radiology Technician - $2,742 per week

About the role

Gifted Healthcare is seeking a travel Radiology Technician for a 13-week assignment in Baltimore, Maryland.

Responsibilities

• Perform radiographic procedures under the supervision of a licensed radiologist.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort during imaging procedures.
• Accurately position patients for imaging studies.
• Operate and maintain equipment used in diagnostic imaging.
• Document patient information accurately and timely.
• Adhere to radiation protection protocols.

Requirements

• No locals accepted.
• Must live at least 50 miles away from the facility.
• Completion of an AMA-approved program in Radiologic Technology or equivalent (typically a two-year college or technical school program).
• ARRT Mammography certification with current registration.
• Radiography license issued by the Maryland Board of Physicians.
• CPR certification within three months of employment.
• At least two years of experience in mammography.

• Current ARRT Mammography certification.
• Radiography license from the Maryland Board of Physicians.
• CPR certification.

Pay

The pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
