About the role
AHS Staffing is seeking a travel Radiology Technician for a 12-week assignment starting August 3, 2026.
Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic imaging procedures under the supervision of a licensed radiologist.
- Ensure patient safety and comfort during examinations.
- Accurately document patient information and images in the electronic health record.
- Adhere to radiation protection protocols to minimize patient exposure.
- Prepare equipment and maintain a clean, safe work environment.
Requirements
- Current state certification as a Radiologic Technologist or equivalent.
- Experience in a hospital or clinic setting preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Completion of a recognized radiography program.
- Pass a background check and drug screening.
