Travel Radiology Technician - $2,449 per week

About the role

The X-Ray Technologist will be responsible for performing diagnostic imaging procedures using X-Ray equipment while ensuring the safety and comfort of patients.

Responsibilities

• Preparing patients for imaging
• Operating the X-Ray machine
• Ensuring adherence to safety protocols

Qualifications

Required:

• Minimum of 5 years of current X-Ray experience
• Active New York State license and ARRT (R) certification
• Experience with EPIC EMR
• Work history documentation
• Skills checklist pertinent to the position, current within one year
• One signed supervisory reference from within the past two years of employment
• Current New York State Radiologic Technician license
• Active ARRT (R) certification
• Active American Health Association BLS certification
• Driver’s license

Strongly preferred:

• Experience in level 1 trauma hospitals
• Previous or current travel experience

Schedule

Scheduled shifts are from 8 AM to 4 PM, with weekend requirements every fourth weekend. Assignment is 40 hours per week, 8-hour shifts, for 13 weeks starting 11/30/2026.

Pay

Pay package is based on 8-hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
