Travel Radiology Technician - $2,423 per week

About the role

LRS Healthcare - Allied is seeking a travel Radiology Technician for a 13-week position starting immediately in Bridgeport, Connecticut.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic imaging procedures under the supervision of a licensed radiologist
• Ensure patient safety and comfort during imaging procedures
• Accurately document patient information and images in the electronic health record
• Adhere to infection control protocols

Requirements

• Current state certification as a Radiologic Technologist
• Experience in a clinical setting preferred
• Knowledge of radiation safety and protection
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Successful completion of an accredited radiography program
• Passing score on the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) exam

Skills

• Proficient in using imaging equipment
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay

The pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.

Schedule

Shifts are 8 hours, nights.
