About the role
The successful candidate will be responsible for performing radiographic procedures under the supervision of a licensed radiologic technologist.
Responsibilities
- Performing radiographic procedures including positioning patients, operating equipment, and processing images.
- Ensuring patient comfort and safety during imaging procedures.
- Maintaining accurate and detailed patient records.
- Adhering to radiation safety protocols.
Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Completion of an approved radiologic technology program.
- Current state certification as a Radiologic Technologist.
- Knowledge of radiation safety and protection practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
- Experience in a clinical setting preferred.
- Proficiency with medical imaging equipment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
