Travel Radiology Technician - $2,400 per week
About the role
LanceSoft is seeking a travel Radiology Technician for a 13-week assignment in Eureka, California.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine diagnostic radiography in acute care settings
- Work with Portable X-rays, C-Arm procedures, and Fluoroscopy studies
- Administer Contrast media to adult, pediatric, neonatal, ICU, ED, OR, NICU, and PICU patients
- Work closely with the Epic EMR system
- Work under Trauma Level I experience
- Work within an acute care hospital setting
- Work within a community hospital setting
- Float within the hospital and to nearby affiliated facilities as needed
- Work 2 of the 3 major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's)
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of recent X-Ray Technologist experience
- Community hospital experience required
- Epic EMR experience required
- Trauma Level I experience preferred
- First-time travelers accepted
- Must be willing to work 2 of the 3 major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's)
- Must be willing to float within the hospital and to nearby affiliated facilities if needed
Qualifications
- ARRT (R) certification required
- California Fluoroscopy Permit required
- BLS (AHA) certification required
- Active California Radiologic Technologist License in hand at the time of submission
