Travel Radiology Technician - $2,333 per week

About the role

Vibra Travels is seeking a Travel Radiology Technician (X‑Ray Tech) for a 13‑week assignment in Clyde, North Carolina. The position requires 40 hours per week on 8‑hour day shifts, starting ASAP. You will work with a dedicated recruiter and clinical support team while performing diagnostic radiographic imaging in a hospital or clinical setting.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic X‑ray imaging procedures
• Ensure patient safety and comfort during imaging
• Apply radiation safety principles and proper patient positioning
• Operate radiographic imaging equipment and PACS
• Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare teams
• Maintain accurate and detailed records

Requirements

• Current, valid, and active state license or ARRT (R) certification to practice as a Radiologic Technologist
• Minimum of two (2) years of recent radiologic technologist experience
• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program
• Current, valid, and active driver’s license
• Ability to travel using publicly available air and ground transportation

Qualifications

• ARRT (R) Radiography certification
• Current BLS certification from a Vibra Travels‑approved vendor (AHA preferred)
• Free from illegal drug use and effects of alcohol in the workplace

Skills

• Experience performing diagnostic X‑ray imaging
• Knowledge of radiation safety principles
• Familiarity with radiographic imaging equipment and PACS
• Strong attention to accuracy and detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team

Pay

Pay package is based on 8‑hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax‑free stipend amount to be determined. No pay cuts mid‑contract.
