Travel Radiology Technician - $2,321 per week

About the role

LRS Healthcare is seeking a travel Radiology Technician for a 13-week assignment starting July 27, 2026, at a facility in Lexington, Kentucky. The position offers 40 hours per week, 8-hour shifts, and a 13-week duration.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic imaging procedures under the supervision of a licensed radiologist
• Ensure patient safety and comfort during examinations
• Accurately document patient information and images in the electronic health record system
• Follow hospital and department policies and procedures
• Adhere to infection control protocols

Requirements

• Current state certification as a Radiologic Technologist
• Experience in a clinical setting preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Completion of an accredited radiography program
• Passing scores on relevant licensing exams

Pay

The pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
