Travel Radiology Technician - $2,181 per week

About the role

Radiology Technician position available for travel in Sacramento, CA.

Responsibilities

• Perform radiographic procedures under the supervision of a physician.
• Position patients appropriately for imaging studies.
• Operate and maintain equipment used in diagnostic imaging.
• Document patient information accurately and timely.

Requirements

• Current state license as a Radiologic Technologist.
• Experience in general radiography preferred.
• Knowledge of radiation safety protocols.
• Excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of an accredited radiologic technology program.
• Passing score on the Registry Examination for Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (RDMS).

Skills

• Proficient in operating radiographic equipment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Pay

Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.

Schedule

12 hours, days shift.
