Travel Radiology Technician - $2,108 per week

About the role

LRS Healthcare is seeking a travel Radiology Technician for a 13-week assignment starting September 27, 2026, at a facility in Newton, Massachusetts. The position will work 36 hours per week, 12-hour shifts.

Responsibilities

• Perform radiographic procedures under the supervision of a licensed radiologic technologist
• Position patients appropriately for imaging studies
• Operate and maintain equipment used in diagnostic imaging
• Document patient information accurately and securely
• Ensure compliance with radiation safety protocols

Requirements

• Current state certification as a Radiologic Technologist
• Experience in radiography preferred
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Successful completion of a radiologic technology program
• Pass a background check and drug screening

Skills

• Proficient in operating radiographic equipment
• Knowledge of radiation safety practices

Pay

The pay package is based on 12-hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation), with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
