Travel Radiology Technician - $2,055 per week

About the role

Travel Radiology Technician position in Grand Blanc, Michigan. This role involves performing computerized tomographic (CT) radiological procedures on patients, with the potential to perform general diagnostic radiology examinations. The position is at a Level II Trauma Center and is suitable for candidates with minimal experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform computerized tomographic radiological procedures
• Perform general diagnostic radiology examinations
• Patient positioning and immobilization
• Administer intravenous contrast media
• Ensure radiation protection and infection control practices
• Provide patient care and maintain clinical documentation
• Utilize PACS and radiology information systems
• Teach, collaborate, and communicate effectively with team members and patients
• Deliver customer service in a healthcare setting

Schedule

• 3-12 hour shifts from 11:00 a.m. to 11:30 p.m.
• Every other weekend required
• Minimum of 36 hours per week
• Duration: 13 weeks
• Start Date: 09/01/2026

Requirements

• ARRT certification
• High School Diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
• Registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technology (ARRT)
• Advanced registry in Computed Tomography (CT) or registry-eligible
• BLS certification (healthcare provider level)
• Maintain required hours of continued education
