About the role

Radiology Technician (Xray Technologist) position in Medford, Oregon. This role involves performing a variety of fluoroscopy procedures, emergency department exams, inpatient and outpatient imaging, portable exams, and operating advanced imaging equipment. The position requires a self-motivated professional capable of working independently while maintaining high-quality imaging standards in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Perform fluoroscopy procedures
  • Conduct emergency department exams
  • Handle inpatient and outpatient imaging
  • Perform portable exams
  • Operate advanced imaging equipment
  • Float to other units/departments as required (experience training for IR and cath lab exams preferred)

Requirements

  • ARRT certification
  • BLS certification
  • Oregon state license
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience
  • Ability to work quickly, independently, and efficiently

Qualifications

Preferred:

  • Experience with Fluoro procedures
  • Experience working with all patient types (infants to geriatrics)
  • Familiarity with Epic electronic medical record system
  • Familiarity with Fuji Synapse PACS
  • Experience with GE & Fuji portable imaging equipment

Schedule

  • Shift: Days, 12 hours per shift
  • 36 hours per week
  • Start Date: 08/24/2026
  • Duration: 13 weeks
  • 24-hour call policy every 13 weeks
  • Possible two-week notice for cancellations
  • Initial one-week training and orientation (Monday to Friday)

Additional Information

  • Based in a 370-bed hospital with a 30-bed emergency room
  • Nurse to patient ratio: 1:X
  • Work attire: Hospital scrubs
  • Acute care setting within a Level 2 trauma care environment
  • No BSN required
