About the role

American Traveler is hiring a Radiology Technologist - X-Ray with 2+ years of experience and active ARRT certification for a 13-week travel contract in a hospital-based Radiology department in Detroit, Michigan. This position offers 36 hours per week with a shift from 08:00 to 18:30, 3x12hrs (days).

Responsibilities

• Perform radiologic procedures in a hospital-based Radiology department.
• Work a 13-week contract with 40 guaranteed weekly hours.
• Adhere to scheduled shift hours (08:00 to 18:30) and be available to work any day of the week; self-scheduling is not offered.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Radiology Technologist.
• Active ARRT certification required.
• Current BLS certification required.
• State license required if applicable.
• Valid driver’s license required for consideration.
• Social Security Number (full or last 4 digits) required for consideration.
• Date of birth required for consideration.
• Must be open to first-time travelers or returning candidates; previous employment (permanent or travel) at the facility must be disclosed prior to consideration.

Additional Information

• Candidates residing within a 50-mile radius may be considered for local candidacy depending on market conditions.
• Requested time off should be kept to less than 7 days.
