About the role
Aequor Allied is seeking a travel Radiology Technician for a position in Pontiac, Michigan. The start date is ASAP and the duration is 13 weeks with a 36-hour workweek and a 12-hour shift.
Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic imaging procedures using various radiographic equipment
- Ensure patient safety and comfort during examinations
- Adhere to strict radiation protection protocols
- Document patient information accurately and securely
Requirements
- Current state licensure as a Radiologic Technologist
- Experience in radiography preferred
- Knowledge of radiation safety and protection
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Technology or related field
- Passing score on the Registry Examination for Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (RDMS)
Skills
- Proficient in operating radiographic equipment
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Benefits
