About the role
Richmond, Virginia is seeking a travel Radiology Technician for a 13-week assignment starting as soon as possible. The position will work 36 hours per week, 12-hour shifts, day shift.
Responsibilities
- Perform radiographic procedures under the supervision of a physician
- Position patients appropriately for imaging studies
- Operate and maintain equipment used in radiography
- Document patient information accurately and securely
Requirements
- Current state licensure as a Radiologic Technologist
- Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Technology or related field preferred
- Experience in radiography preferred
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Passing score on the NCLEX-RN
Skills
- Proficiency with radiographic equipment
- Attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
