About the role
Aequor Allied is seeking a travel Radiology Technician for a position in Atlanta, Georgia.
Responsibilities
- Perform radiographic procedures under the supervision of a licensed radiologist
- Ensure patient safety and comfort during imaging procedures
- Adhere to radiation protection protocols
- Document patient information accurately and timely
Requirements
- Current state license as a Radiologic Technologist or equivalent
- Experience in radiography preferred
- Knowledge of radiation safety and protection
- Excellent communication skills
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of an accredited radiologic technology program
- Passing score on the Registry Examination for Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (RDMS) or equivalent
Skills
- Proficiency in using medical imaging equipment
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Benefits
Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
