Job Details
- Shift: Nights (12-hour shifts)
- Schedule: Night shift hours, minimum of 36 hours per week
Required Qualifications
- Certification (ARRT)
- Valid driver's license with picture identification
- Background check
- Agency skill checklist and records of nursing-related competencies/exams
- Current BLS, ACLS, PALS certifications
- Tuberculosis test records
- Hepatitis vaccination record
- Influenza vaccination or declination
- Certificate of Liability Insurance from agency
- Drug test
- Attestation form
- Minimum of 0 years experience
